This Privacy Policy describes how AgentHere ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our service.

We may update this Policy. A new edition takes effect when it is published at agenthere.online/privacy unless the edition states a later date. Continuing to use the Service after publication means you accept the new edition.

  • Issuing and sending fiscal receipts in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ "On the use of cash register equipment"

    Personal data is stored on secure servers. We retain your data for the duration of your account and up to 3 years after your last use of the Service.

    6. Data Sharing

    We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI service providers (for processing your chat requests)

  • Payment processors (acquiring services) for billing; card details are entered on the payment provider's side and are never passed to us

  • The fiscalization operator — CloudKassir LLC (INN 7725364512) — and the fiscal data operator (OFD): the buyer's email address, as required to issue and send the fiscal receipt under Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ. No other data is shared with them

  • Analytics and advertising services (Yandex.Metrika, VK Ads) — an anonymised user or device identifier for analytics and conversion matching

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

    Bank card details are processed by the payment provider (acquirer) on its secure page: the connection is protected with TLS and the payment is confirmed via 3-D Secure. We never receive or store the card number, its expiry date or the CVV code.

    We use cookies for:

  • Analytics (Yandex.Metrika) — only with your consent

    • 10. Analytics and telemetry

    To improve the Service, we use anonymised data: Yandex.Metrika and VK Ads (a user identifier is shared to match conversions), as well as technical error telemetry from the desktop application — error details, app version, platform and an anonymised installation identifier. Telemetry contains no prompts, files or conversation content and is retained for up to 90 days. Processing follows applicable data-protection law; telemetry can be disabled in the app settings.
