By using AgentHere (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentHere is a platform for creating, configuring, and using AI agents (personal assistants, writers, analysts). The Service provides access to AI models via a web interface and desktop application.

3. Account Registration

    You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your credentials secure

  • Providing accurate information

  • All actions taken through your account

    You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Attempt to compromise security

    You acknowledge that AI agents generate content automatically. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

    6. Payment

    Pricing is described on our pricing page. Payment is processed via Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days if the paid service was not used.

    7. Intellectual Property

    7.1. Our Rights

    All rights to the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to us.

    7.2. Your Rights

    You retain rights to content you create. AI-generated content belongs to you.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

    9. Termination

    You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email.
