By using AgentHere (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentHere is a platform for creating, configuring, and using AI agents (personal assistants, writers, analysts). The Service provides access to AI models via a web interface and desktop application.

Services are provided remotely over the Internet. There is no physical delivery: after payment is confirmed, access is granted in the account dashboard on agenthere.ru — token packages are credited to the balance, agent plans are activated and website hosting is enabled. This normally happens automatically within a few minutes of payment; in case of a technical failure, within 24 hours after contacting support.

You acknowledge that AI agents generate content automatically. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Payment

Pricing is described on our pricing page. Payment is made by going to the payment provider's website and selecting a suitable service package or agent plan. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are not passed to the Service. To issue and send the fiscal receipt, your email address is shared with the fiscalization operator (CloudKassir LLC) and the fiscal data operator (OFD) to the extent necessary to send the receipt. Refunds are available on request sent to support@agenthere.ru within 14 calendar days of payment, pro rata to the unused part of the service: for token packages — based on the unconsumed token volume; for agent plans — based on the unused quota of the paid period. The value of services actually consumed is non-refundable. Requests are reviewed within 10 calendar days and the refund is made to the same bank card. All rights to the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to us.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email.
