Refunds and Cancellation

1. General

1.1. This page describes the terms and procedure for cancelling and refunding payments for AgentHere services (the "Service").

1.2. Services are provided remotely over the Internet; there is no physical delivery. Token packages are credited to the balance, agent plans are activated, and website hosting and cloud resource rental are enabled in the account dashboard on agenthere.ru.

1.3. The parties' relations are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992.

2. Cancellation

2.1. Before payment an order is cancelled without consequences: the unpaid invoice expires automatically and no funds are charged.

2.2. After payment, cancellation is handled under section 3.

3. Refunds

3.1. A refund request must be sent only to support@agenthere.ru from the email address registered in the account; it must state the payment number (or date and amount) and the reason for the refund.

3.2. Requests are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment.

3.3. The refund amount is calculated pro rata to the unused part of the paid services:

token packages — based on the unconsumed token volume;

agent plans (subscription) — based on the unused quota of the paid period;

website hosting and cloud resource rental — based on the unused paid period.

3.4. The value of services actually consumed (spent tokens, quota, rental days) is non-refundable.

3.5. A request is reviewed within 10 (ten) calendar days of receipt. The refund is made to the same bank card used for payment; the crediting time depends on the bank and normally does not exceed 10 business days from the refund.

3.6. Consumer rights provided by the laws of the Russian Federation remain in full. Refunds are made net of the Contractor's actual expenses.

4. Payment went through but the service was not activated

4.1. Email support@agenthere.ru — we will restore access or issue a full refund.

4.2. Duplicate (erroneous) charges are refunded in full.
