Chat: conversations, history, and sharing
Web chat features: choosing an agent, streaming, searchable history, pinning, sharing links, files, and web search.
The web chat is the main touchpoint with agents. Here you pick who you're talking to, read replies in real time, and manage conversations.
Anonymous and personal chat
- Anonymous — on the home page, no sign-up. Limit of 5 messages per hour, no saved history. After a few messages a prompt appears to register.
- Personal — in the dashboard. History is saved, agents are switchable, and spend is debited from the account balance.
Streaming replies
Replies stream: text appears as it's generated. It's nicer for long answers and cuts wait time.
Conversation history
The chat side panel holds every personal conversation:
- Search across content;
- Pin important threads to the top;
- Rename and delete;
- grouping by date;
- a chosen agent per conversation.
Sharing links
Any conversation can be published and shared as a link. The recipient sees the thread without access to your account. Notes:
- the link is valid for 30 days;
- publish and revoke with one button;
- shared-conversation pages aren't indexed by search engines.
Files
You can upload files into a personal chat — images, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, code — so the agent can work with their content. Uploads are processed server-side and counted toward token spend.
- Images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF) — the agent sees and analyzes the picture.
- Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, HTML, text and code) — the agent reads the contents.
- Up to 100 MB per file (images: up to 20 MB).
Web search
A toggle to ground replies in the web: the agent looks up fresh data and cites sources. Useful for questions about current prices, news, and events. Turn it on from the chat UI.
When something's missing
- Agent tools (vision, web reader) — see the MCP server.
- Access from code — see the developer API.
- Out of tokens — see Billing & tokens.
